Mother's Day
Hello again. Spring is back, finally ! The weather outside is warmer. The best idea on the last Sunday afternoon ? A walk on the beach watching the sunset. It was so nice and relaxing!
In Portugal May began with Mother's Day, on the first Sunday. Mother's Day is celebrated on different days in many countries of the world, yet most commonly on Sunday in March, April, or May. In France Mother's Day is celebrated the last Sunday in May. And in Norway on February the second Sunday. Well every country has its own traditions.
On June 1st, three days ago, we celebrated Children's Day. Enjoyable day.

Many countries, including Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, hold Universal Children's Day events on November 20 to mark the anniversaries of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
However, other countries hold events on different dates, such as the fourth Wednesday in October (Australia) and November 14 (India).
